We were deliberately shock in disgrace to hear that the Chinese dailies had been instructed by the Home Ministry not to report on Tan Sri Isa Samad’s suspension from Umno ahead of the Bagan Pinang by-election.
What is this all about? Talking about "1Malaysia, Rakyat Didahulukan, Pencapaian Diutamakan", and then doing some other things negatively from behind scene. This anti-democratic moves by the Home Ministry is clearly a violation of human rights, democratic principles and freedom of expression.
What if those Chinese dailies ignore the ban and choose to continue reporting on Isa Samad’s previous suspension from Umno due to money politics and corruptions in the party? Is the Home Ministry going to close down the press or what? Can anyone from the "police ministry" answer this please?
Talking in general, how on earth a tainted and corrupted leader be chosen to be a candidate for a by-election? If you give bribe to a civil servant to work on you favor or to gain something, you will be charge in the court of law and jailed.
And this former Negri Sembilan mentri besar had openly offered money to bribe the party delegates into electing him as party vice president and yet he was only suspended from Umno and not charged in the court of law.
That means, Umno is telling the people that this country had two sets of law where one applies only to Umno leaders while the other is for common people like us.
Therefore, by voting Umno’s Isa Samad into power again would mean voting to validate corruption, power abuses and money politics. These three negative elements will certainly destroy our nation’s prosperity and growth if Umno is allowed to continue to reign our nation.
Think seriously about it please!

Putting our angers and frustrations into People’s Power
This month July 2009, our entire nation is shocked, irritated, disappointed, ashamed and angry. We demand for straight answers, we wanted to know what and why it happened.
An innocent young man was murdered, a young lady who was supposed to get married has been widowed, an unborn child has been made fatherless and denied his father and a family has been traumatized and handicapped.
We Malaysians want to know the truth and motives that lead to this tragic moment and have all those who are involved in this murder to face the court of law and justice.
Unfortunately, the BN federal government have yet to commence its probe onto the young man’s death openly and transparent. It had already shown signs of failure and its insincerity towards resolving this case.
A magistrate level court has been assigned to conduct an inquest on the death, while the royal commission will be established to only look into the investigative methods and process of the MACC.
These shows tat the BN federal government is not serious in wanting to solve this case with transparency and to serve justice. By having two different entities to investigate two kinds of situation shows that the BN federal government wanted to break up the chain of links between the MACC and the young man’s death.
In the end the results and findings of these two investigative bodies will also be in conflict since the magistrate inquest and the royal commission goes by their separate ways and means to conduct their inquiries.
By then, can you or are we able to see the effectiveness of these two investigation that will sum up their results and findings that will lead to the arrest of those murderers and be brought to justice.
Pakatan Rakyat is not manipulating, provoking and politicizing this issue as claimed by Umno. It is the duty of all members of Pakatan Rakyat to come out to help whoever or any other persons whom they saw being treated in an unjust or inhumane way to seek justice.
It was Umno and its wholly-owned press who are trying to manipulate this case into racial tension by publishing articles supporting the death of the victim, condemning those who came forward to seek justice, it was Umno who is trying to use race sentiments to create unrest and use it to their advantage.
If the magistrate inquest and the royal commission really prove to be ineffective, al of us will be very disappointed, ashamed, and angry but this does not mean we will hit back physically and protest in a violent manner as did Umno all this while.
We are all matured enough to think, analyze, and to make our decisions and judgments, then translate it into votes at the ballot boxes in our next 13th general elections which will be held in three years time. We are very patient and can wait and when the time comes we will remember what the BN had done to our people.
We will participate in the People’s Power to show this BN dictatorship that we already had enough of their nonsense.
Let’s Just Change It!

NTV7 host given a warning over Najib’s scorecard
We learned in disgust that the Point of View program host for ntv7 Florence Looi was unreasonably given a warning letter just because she seeks a score opinion for Najib’s first 100 days as a prime minister which was rated C and D by guests invited to her program for their views.
The two guests who were invited to the talk show are writer Syed Akhbar Ali and The Malaysian Insider consultant editor Leslie Lau who later gave scores of C and D to the Najib administration.
There you are another one of Najib’s 1Malaysia concept. Freedom of speech and opinion are being censored in such way. Is this part of Najib’s 1Malaysia plan to further curb democracy and views of our people?
We believe that most of the media centers and companies in this country are being forced to act on directives from the higher authorities so that their business licenses and permits are not withdrawn or revoked.
Therefore, staffs of these media centers and companies are always reminded to sing words of praise and worships to the BN government leaders. The BN government is still in a denial mode. They cannot accept truth, criticisms, including constructive ones even if it is a fact and such actions are deemed absurd, childish and it clearly reflects on the immaturity of the BN government leaders, particularly from those of Umno’s.
All the while, BN and Umno cannot and will never take criticisms sportingly in order to correct and improve from all those negative views and comments. BN and Umno always emphasize that they are on the top and their policies and methods are always correct. The people must follow their directive even if they do not like it.
This is Umno’s supremacist policies and our country is on its way to dictatorship. With BN and Umno continuing its governance, Malaysia is moving backward and not forward.

More candle vigil should be organized
To commemorate the darkest ever experience in our democracy, justice, freedom and equality, we should organize as many candle vigil as possible in order to create more awareness amongst our people and community.
Let us all realize that we are doing this in a peaceful and harmless manner and those who had already organized the candle vigil are not violent people or criminals as what the police had claimed. Candle vigil is indeed a peaceful forum aimed to support our brothers and sisters who had been simply arrested and thrown into prisons and tortured just to serve the interest of Umno.
From now on, Umno had marked a lot of black happenings in our nation with most of their shameless and violent acts. We feel ashamed that our country is being ruled and dominated by the racist and fascist based Umno. They are now threatening our entire nation with imprisonment, oppressive laws, concentration camps and ISA.
We wish to inform them that we will not bow out or run away. We will stand still with our strongest ever will to fight on in order to preserve our beloved nation from being destroyed by the oppressing racist and fascist rulers.
Long Live Democracy!

Bar Council done a good job in upholding justice, freedom and equality
We would like to congratulate the Bar Council for their continuous effort in upholding justice, freedom and equality.
Well done and Good Job! We know some Umno leaders are now abusing the government machinery for their political gains to threaten the Bar Council to stop their quest to protect the federal constitution, the people and the nation.
We wish to remind the Bar Council not to be afraid by the cowardice act shown by these Umno leaders. Their objectives are not to protect the Malay rulers or the Malay community but they are simply doing all these provocations issuing threats in order to protect their own interest, power and wealth.
Therefore, the Bar Council is here to stay and we shall always support their effort to uphold justice, freedom and equality for all Malaysians regardless of their race, religions and backgrounds.
Let us all condemn Umno for their continuous blatant acts of violence, barbarism, racism, terrorism, corruptions, money politics and power abuses which had resulted to our people’s suffering, fear and worries on the insecurity of our nation.

NGOs planned protest against Bukit Aman
A coalition of NGOs consist of about 50 organizations had planned to hold a mass protest ring in front of the police headquarters in Bukit Aman to shown their dissatisfaction on certain unresolved issues.
It also shows the public discontent on the police force is also growing following the BN federal government’s decision not to establish the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) but to do with only a less effective Enforcement Agencies Integrity Commission (EAIC).
Besides, the highlights of the NGOs’ protest will also be focusing on the unresolved case of A.Kugan’s death while he was under investigation for suspicion in a car theft syndicate. They are now emphasizing why no action taken against Kugan’s killers from the police force.
Come on Tan Sri Musa (the inspector-general of police), it does not mean by hauling up your officers who murdered Kugan will make you or your entire force lost your faces. You have to accept that this is a process of justice and the murderers be it your policemen or whoever it is must face the judiciary process. They had murdered a guy who is under investigation.
If you keep on covering your face or being arrogant, Kugan will even become a national hero or perhaps a national statesman because he is a murder victim now. People are making a fame of him because your officers murdered him. Even if Kugan had committed a crime by stealing some vehicles to make ends meet, he should be allow to go through the judiciary process and from there he will be judged by the court if he is guilty or not.
The IGP should not blame the entire episode on Kugan. The more you blame him the more heroic he becomes and he might be turned into a Tun or Tan Sri type of guy by the people who fought for him. Those policemen who murdered him should be blamed for their impatience in their interrogations and their disrespect to the judiciary process.
If you let justice serve on Kugan accordingly, you don’t have to through such suffering situation. You asked for it, the entire police force asked for it. You cannot blame all these on the people, Kugan’s family and the whole. We did not go against you simply because we wanted to. We wanted justice, not to make Kugan a winner or you a loser. Justice means equality. You must serve everyone equally and not one-sided like what you have been doing in Perak right now.
As member of the police force, you must serve the people and preserve the nation’s security and not only serve the interest of a particular political party just because the leader of the political party is your home affairs minister.
It also shows the public discontent on the police force is also growing following the BN federal government’s decision not to establish the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) but to do with only a less effective Enforcement Agencies Integrity Commission (EAIC).

DAP reaffirms support for Pakatan Rakyat to establish an alternative government that is democratic, people-centric and with an ethical leadership base
DAP's commitment towards a multi-racial, multi-religious and multi-cultural Malaysia is not only an article of faith but a deep conviction in Bangsa Malaysia. DAP is inclusive of all races and religions. We represent the interests and fight for the rights every Malaysian. In the effort of being representative of all Malaysians, including both Malays and non-Malays, the party is willing to undertake a transformational process that may be painful but necessary.
We have no alternative but to grow without compromising our basic principles.
DAP reaffirms support for Pakatan Rakyat(PR) to establish an alternative government that is democratic, people-centric and with an ethical leadership based on the 5 principles of freedom, justice, truth, social welfare and universal moral values. In this regard the DAP supports PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the Parliamentary Opposition Leader and will remain so as no single leader has ever questioned this during internal meetings whether at the highest levels or otherwise.
The Pakatan Rakyat leadership has clearly endorsed a position that no individual party policy can be PR policy unless it is fully approved unanimously by all three parties. DAP's position on hudud and Islamic state is crystal clear and regardless of whatever support for both hudud and the establishment of an Islamic State, whether from PAS or PKR, this will not be PR policy as long as DAP does not agree to it.
Similarly DAP's leadership has been consistently urging the government to enact an anti-hopping law even before the Perak crisis, and we have expressed support of our 28 MPs. As BN does not have a 2/3 parliamentary majority, the support of DAP's 28 MPs will be required to effect any constitutional amendment for such an anti-hopping laws.
As a democratic party, DAP policies can be changed in accordance with the wishes of its members. However until today there has been no requests to question or disturb the basic framework of co-operation between the 3 parties of DAP, PAS and PKR that makes up PR.

Independence of MACC and JAC must be assured
The bills for the establishment of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) and the Judiciary Appointments Commission (JAC) had been tabled in the parliament recently by the prime minister and now its papers had been put to debate. We could see from the details of these two proposed bills that the appointment of commissioners for these two commissions still lies on the jurisdictions of the prime minister himself. Apart from the commissioners’ appointment, the appointment of the advisory panels, the operations review panel, the consultative panel and the complaints committee for the MACC also lies on the sole discretion of the prime minister.
So, are the independence of MACC and JACC rest assured? As long as it still have direct connections with the prime minister’s department, the independence of these two commissions are still questionable and doubtful. To give a simple word on these, there are no clear cut for a real implementations but merely intend to create a final legacy for Pak Lah whose term is due to end next March following his departure from the Umno presidency.
In this case, in order to assured the public and our parliamentarians, both the MACC and JAC should come under the direct jurisdiction of a parliamentary committee against corruption and a parliamentary committee on judiciary respectively.
Therefore, the appointment of commissioners to the both MACC and JAC should also be scrutinized and endorsed by both parliamentary committees appointed amongst members of parliament which shall consist of members from both Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional as well. The prime minister’s role in such appointment shall only be at proposal level and not direct appointment nor confirmation.
Besides, the appointment of five panels to oversee the MACC must also be done and endorsed by the parliament instead of the prime minister. To have the parliamentary roles onto such appointments will also help to enhance the transparency and accountability of these bodies and commissions as well as to assured the public of its independence.
If Pak Lah and the Barisan Nasional government still insist on the current proposed structural role of both MACC and the JAC, it is just like nothing has really been done at all, but merely an upgrade of status of these two bodies has been carried out.
Our main concern here, can the independence of these two commissions rest assured? And what are the justification then?

Crime prevention is more important than politics
The police force should not waste their time to monitoring and arresting innocent civilians on passive political motives and campaign rounds to promote positive values amongst public.
We are referring to the police recent action on members of NGO called the Jaringan Rakyat Tertindas (JERIT) who organized their cycling tour in selected locations to promote their campaign on certain issues related to human rights, labour, freedom and justice. What wrong had all these innocent “cyclists” done? They are merely using their sporting event to promote something which needed public attention and awareness. These JERIT members are not harming anybody with its activities or events.
The police should know that, the crime rate in our nation is getting from bad to worst with crimes keep on happening in our neighborhood every minute. What had the police force done to protect our people? Where are they when we need them most and at times of emergency? Snatch thieves who had the intention to kill for the sake of some cash are now running around us like nobody’s business. We are not fully protected at all. When we make a police report, it was merely a report to formalize the role of the police. Did they really go all out and act against these criminals and murderers.

PKNS staff say no to new Chinese general manager !
I as a Malaysian living in Malaysia continue to be saddened by the uncivilized views of certain people in Malaysia when I learned that the staff of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) had objected to to Madam Loh Siew Moi being appointed as Acting General Manager of PKNS because she is not a Malay, despite the fact that she has been with PKNS for about 30 years and she is also well-qualified for the top job.
What on earth is happening? As far as we all knew, PKNS is a state economic development corporation charged with promoting and developing Selangor’s economy and manufacturing sector. So what has it got to do with race? Furthermore, the people of Selangor comprises all races and the needs of races must be taken into account.
I would like to remind the PKNS staff to put the interest of the state and the people of Selangor above your selfish, racist reasons that Madam Loh did not have the ability to communicate with all staff and associations or to communicate with different levels of personnel. Is there a rule in PKNS or the Selangor state constitution saying that the general manager must be a Malay or bumiputra? PKNS is a state economic development corporation, why cordoned to such politically motivated racist nature of act?
Are these PKNS staff being instigated by Umno leaders who wanted to see the failure of Selangor’s continuous development implementation?
To the Selangor Mentri Besar, please stand firm against these racist cowards! Do what is right and good for the betterment of the state economy and infrastructure. If these PKNS staff cannot accept Madam Loh despite her outstanding credentials, then resign. PKNS is better off without such uncivilized people.

Racial Harmony, with Equality as well.
The cabinet had recently approved the proposed Race Relations Act in order to strengthen ties among different races in our nation.
After a very long 51 years of independence and Barisan Nasional’s (BN) governance, a law being finally proposed to strengthen our racial ties. This clearly shows that the BN government had evidently failed to enhance and preserve racial harmony and national unity all these years, despite having a cabinet level ministry of doing so.
What had the BN government been doing all these while? Not only they had failed in their governance to promote good harmonious and a united racial ties amongst Malaysians, but they also failed to ensure our very education system promotes and do the same. This shows that our education policy of today also failed to unite the entire nation. Even racist teachers still exist in some schools today, policies or rules that segregates between muslims and non-muslims in their daily school activities and so on. Some of these teachers even went to an extend of sending out hate messages to the students and pupils. That means, these poor children were racially split from small and had in fact no understanding on national unity at all. Even government agencies are sometimes seen as racist oriented, like the most recent reported outrage in Biro Tata Negara (BTN) which is under the Prime Minister’s Department itself!
Each of everyone of us, be it old or young, a professional or laborer, or a manager, executive, clerk or even dispatcher or general worker must also play our part as normal peace loving civilized humans to ensure and enhance racial and religious harmony among ourselves, in our neighborhood, community, schools, universities, workplaces, offices, our families and our generations to come.
By getting a so-called Race Relations Act into force clearly proves that the education system and the national policy outlined by the BN government had failed totally, and taking facts into this picture again, even the BN’s inter-racial power sharing coalition itself also failed, with its component parties like MCA, MIC, Gerakan, PPP, SUPP, LDP, PBS. PDS, Upko or PBB failed to prevent their dominant partner Umno from raising its racist jargons and supremacy over them.
Situation proven, most of Umno’s coalition partners fell apart when the election results were announced, thanks to Umno and for their arrogance. The non-Umno parties were proved powerless at that time in preventing Umno from unleashing its radical racist stand onto the people.
Just because of Umno’s dominance and unjust attitude, one-sided policies and cronyism continue to play their role actively in ensuring the entire nation’s riches and wealth flow into their hands without interference in the name of protecting one’s race as they claimed.
Therefore, in drafting the Race Relation Act, the BN politicians should excuse themselves completely from the role and take total responsibility for their failure in promoting and upholding the national unity.
The other thing is getting only Race Relations Act into force itself isn’t sufficient, as in order to seek a harmonious inter-ethnic relations workable in our community, the subject of equality must also put into force in order to demonstrate an effective pull on the actual string. Everyone of us, be it Malay, Chinese, Indian, Kadazan, Iban, Murut, Sikh must be seen, treated and managed in an equal manner in terms of law, policies, development, infrastructures, economy and so on. A very clear example will do like, a rich bumiputra who wanted to purchase a bungalow or property automatically gets a 5% or perhaps even 10% discount, whereas a poor non-bumiputra man who wanted buy only a low-cost house does not even entitle to have any discount at all. Another example demonstrates, a rich bumiputra enjoys rights to purchase shares from newly public listed companies at a discounted value and eventually became even wealthier after his “discounted” investments. While a non-bumiputra man who wanted to purchase shares was asked to go to the share market instead to purchase at market value.
So, are all this equal? That is why in getting Race Relation Act into the picture itself isn’t enough, as the government also need to re-look into other areas, policies or even some legislations that had eventually hurt the relationship of this subject. A lot more has to be done, in order to neutralized the entire situation. If not, an Act specifically for Race and its Relations would not do any betterment in long term, as some of the implementation may come into conflict with our laws or may have some impact on certain establishments.
After a very long 51 years of independence and Barisan Nasional’s (BN) governance, a law being finally proposed to strengthen our racial ties.

Teresa not involved in azan petition, says mosques
Saturday, 13 September 2008
Both Masjid Kota Damansara and Masjid Kinrara, the two mosques which were embroiled in an azan controversy, said DAP National Organizing Secretary Teresa Kok was not and never involved in the petition to lower the volume of its loudspeakers for azan.
So, why is Teresa being detained for nothing? The police special branch should instead look for the Selangor Umno chief Dr Mohd Khir Toyo who put up the flame on this issue for his own political agenda.

ISA Chaos in our Nation
Saturday, 13 September 2008
First, our Raja Petra Kamaruddin was arrested, now more arrest are coming up in the Umno latest agenda. Another Ops Lalang is on its way.
Desperate to cover up the embarrassment on its own racist tag, the Umno-led federal government yesterday unleashed its revenge on the people and the entire nation with the much hated Internal Security Act (ISA) detention plans.
Sin Chew Daily report Tan Hoon Cheng was detained at her house last night for her report on former Bukit Bendera Umno division chief Ahmad Ismail’s racist statement during the by-election in Permatang Pauh.
Hoon Cheng, the award winning journalist who had much experience in her field was arrested instead of the real perpetrator of these racist remarks, Ahmad Ismail. A case of protecting their own Umno people from being prosecuted!!!!The other reporters, Kelvin Lee of Guang Ming Daily and Tan Ming Xao of Nanyang Siang Pau who were also together with Hoon Cheng as witnesses to Ahmad Ismail’s racist statement went into hiding to avoid arrest from the police special branch.
Selangor State Executive Councillor and DAP National Organizing Secretary Teresa Kok was also detained late last night based on an accusation from Selangor Umno chief Dr Mohd Khir Toyo and Utusan Malaysia press that she had instigated a residents’ petition against a mosque’s azan, which she had no knowledge of nor involve with.
In this case again, the real perpetrators Dr Mohd Khir Toyo and Utusan Malaysia escaped and Teresa was made a scapegoat and victim. Another Umno leader is protected like this!!!Umno leaders and members who were wrong in their actions and had created chaos in situations with racist jargons and hatred were all immune and above the law because of their special privileges and powers. They were all immune because they are Umno leaders holding powerful positions in the party.
Chaos, Chaos in the entire Nation!!! In order to curb the increasing influence of the oppositions and the people’s discontent over the Umno’s upholding its racist tag, the Umno-led federal government had resorted to such a low-class tactic in order to put fear on the population and to divert the truth away from the public’s attention.
So why are MCA, Gerakan, PPP, SUPP, SAPP, etc are still in the BN to serve as running dogs for Umno? Where are their conscience and humanities?
We must Change the entire situation before it is too late.

Umno’s act of Revenge
Saturday, 13 September 2008
The actions recently carried out by the Umno-led federal government to detained several people of an ordinary background, some politicians and bloggers who are out there to promote a greater accountability and transparency in the country under the Internal Security Act (ISA) has been seen as an act of revenge from the dominant party in the Barisan Nasional i.e. Umno for being exposed and wronged in publicly of their increasingly dangerous racist tag.
To Umno, those people who had tried to express the truth and correct the wronged were a threat to their positions and powers currently in hand. Umno leaders and members fear when their wrongs, corrupt and incorrect practices are expose they will stand to lose their reputation and powers. As such, in order to maintain their grip in power, they create fear and worry among the population with such arrests and detention as a “warning” sign not to outdo Umno and its leaders in whatever ways.
Another way is to warn or possibly shut down newspapers and press who report to the nation accurately on what is happening and the current situation, to cover up the facts from reaching our people and the rest of the population. With all these hanky-panky doings, Umno will be able to continue with its powerful machineries by absorbing the entire nation’s riches, values and monies into their hands with no interference nor check and balance.
Therefore, we must come out to protect our kids, our love ones and our generations to come and let us hold our hands together in solidarity to protest against such unjust actions by Umno which are making our country uglier. We are grateful to our nation called Malaysia but Umno is betraying the entire nation and its people instead. So, Change !!!

3 newspapers issued with show cause letters
Friday, 12 September 2008
The federal government's home affairs ministry has asked Sin Chew Daily, The Sun Daily and Suara Keadilan to show cause over their news coverage on a number of political issues. Some racial outburst and flames put up by the Umno people and now the BN-Umno is blaming the press for reporting the truth to the people and the nation. Umno is doing this simply to cover up their own weakness and their inability to control their party members.
What wrong had all these journalist done? This entire situation is completely unjust ! Justice is gone ! Our people will have no free flow of information anymore.

Action against Bar Council unjust
Friday, 15 August 2008
Minister in PM's Department Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s call for actions to be taken against the Bar Council and its office-bearers for organizing the forum on conversion of Islam has been viewed by many as being unfair. It is not fair for Datuk Zahid to implicate the Bar Council and its office-bearers under the Seditions Act because of the forum where its objective was to help to resolve issues related to conversion to Islam currently faced many people and families. These lawyers by profession who were all well-versed in their respective legal fields are merely trying to solve problems of families affected by the Syariah judgments which are not presentable in the civil courts for appeals.
Why did Datuk Zahid said these lawyers are trying to create chaos by instigating and encouraging people to go against Islam? Where on earth did he get these information that the Bar Council’s action is against Islam and the federal constitution?
Datuk Zahid should check the facts first before making a conclusion that the Bar Council was guilty of this and that offences, as we could all see till today, none of these lawyers make any statement pertaining proposals to go against Islam or whatsoever nor having anything to do with the call to abolish Islam as an official religion in the federal constitution. Such negative response were believed to be from Umno and pro-Umno NGOs whose aimed is to serve and protect their own interest.Datuk Zahid’s call is also viewed by many as unbecoming and political motivated.

Judge's transfer, is there a motive behind?
Monday, 11 August 2008
Judge SM Komathy Suppiah who presided over PKR advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's alleged sodomy case has been transferred.During the hearing of Datuk Seri Anwar's sodomy charges, Justice Komathy had allowed Datuk Seri Anwar to be bailed out at RM20,000. After the case was heard and the next mention/trial date was fixed, Justice Komathy was apparently transferred out from her chambers in a very short notice without any reason given whatsoever. Was this transfer political motivated, to allow a more pro-government judge to take charge of the next court hearing/trial?
As we could see, Justice Komathy did nothing wrong in allowing bail for Datuk Seri Anwar and we believed that she had carried out the proceedings in a just and fair manner. But we also must not forget that by allowing bail to Datuk Seri Anwar had also make certain BN leaders in the federal administration uncomfortable because of the upcoming Permatang Pauh by-election where Datuk Seri Anwar is expected to present his nomination form for the election candidacy.
Some poweful people were hoping for the other way round (disallowing bail to Anwar by sending him to jail awaiting trial).Who will be the next judge to chair the trial then? Will Datuk Seri Anwar have a fair trial on his case?
