Come on Gerakan, you started the Kampung Buah Pala crisis and you are now running away, washing off your hands just like that.
Gerakan, please remember, no matter how much you wash your hands or how far you run to hide yourselves, our people will come after you all. In order to cover up your previous bad deeds, you are now capitalizing on the entire situation by blaming the Penang DAP-led state government for its failure to help those affected residents who will be evicted by an Umno-link property developer soon.
Where is Senator Dr Koh Tsu Koon, the former Penang chief minister who is now the minister in the prime minister’s department in the BN federal government! Do not think that you could escape from the people by staying in Kuala Lumpur to become a minister.
Prior to the Gerakan president’s defeat in the last general elections, Dr Koh as the then chief minister of Penang had purposely approved the sale of the Kampung Buah Pala land to a politically link property developer without even a single thought of the welfare of the people over there.
And recently the prime minister Najib Razak had also announced that they will not assist the residents of Kampung Buah Pala and no funds will be channeled to the affected residents because this is not a national issue. So once Najib said this, Dr Koh and his Gerakan party will think that they are now safe.
Our people are saddened and gravely disappointed that those who had contributed towards the destruction of Kampung Buah Pala is now claiming to be champions of the people and causing a lot of instability in the Penang state. Besides, some Umno are also believed to be helping Gerakan make this issue into a racial one so they could further capitalize on the situation.
By the way, is Umno trying to launch another coup d’etat here in Penang by stirring up racial tensions in this disputed village? Who knows their plans are ongoing.
Therfore, Pakatan Rakyat need to beef up their state security or else you may end up like your counterparts in Perak.

The fraud involved a church land which was transferred to an individual after the status was modified using a forged court order.
The AG’s report also confirmed that the land and mines office employees and officers who handle the documentations do not have any experience or expertise to validate the land documentations resulting in the land owners being cheated.

Dr Hilmi admitted error, what about Dr Koh?
Thursday, 31 July 2008
Former Penang deputy chief minister and Umno state assemblyman Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya admitted fault for a land deal blunder that could cost the Penang state government some RM40 million in total.Dr Hilmi surprised his Umno colleague in the state assembly when he stood up and admitted his responsibility over the error which occurred when he was the state religion, land, planning and development committee chairman from 1999 to 2004 in the then Gerakan-led BN state government.
According to Dr Hilmi he felt responsible for the error over the land deal which he made.Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng had earlier revealed that the previous state government had approved the 4.3ha plot of land to an individual apparently a quarry operator. The individual took the case to the court when the state government cancelled the land transfer. The state government incurred losses when the court decision favoured the individual with a final judgment of RM29 million as compensation. With interest of 8% per annum since 2004 then, the compensation could reach up to RM40 million by now.
Guan Eng also commended Dr Hilmi for admitting his mistake in the quarry case and for taking responsibility over it.What about former Penang chief minister and Gerakan acting president Dr Koh Tsu Koon? Why is he keeping quiet over this error which was made during his era? As the chief minister from 1999 to 2004, Dr Koh should also take responsibility over the error which incurred millions of Ringgit, which means wastage of public fund. Why were the people not informed on this during his reign?

Rule of Law phasing out in favour of political power
Saturday, 5 July 2008
What now ? Who's the law ? As we can now see the role of the rule of law has been quietly phasing out in favour of maintaining the political power of certain top leaders in the Barisan Nasional government.First we look at the trial of Abdul Razak Baginda on his involment in Altantuya Shaaribuu's murder.
The trial has been continuously delayed with increasing discrepancies on the prosecution papers of which might derail the entire process and make Razak Baginda and the three Unit Tindakan Khas (UTK) policemen free and case discharge. It may happen.
Second, blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin's(RPK) statutory declaration (SD) reporting that Datuk Seri Najib and his family's involment in Altantuya's murder. We must the greater picture on RPK's action from here. Why would he risk his life and reputation to make such a bold and daring report against Datuk Seri Najib. Was he a fool who is simply giving problems for himself and his family? He is a man of principle who in fact stood up with his truth of his knowledge that the deputy prime minister was indeed part of the murder scam.
And the other truth his the BN government is making all its effort to cover up as much as possible in order to avoid further damages on the deputy prime minister and Umno as well.Third, and that is now, private investigator P.Balasubramaniam made his first SD making known that he knew the fact that Datuk Seri Najib was involved in Altantuya's murder and had indirectly assisted Razak Baginda by dispatching his two UTK personnel to disposed the victim's body by authorising the C4 explosive to disrupt the murder evidence.
So, in all these acts and doubts, where is the law? We could only see that the BN government is tightening its grip on the judiciary (which was supposed to be independent) in favour of the current political power players.Fourth, Parti Keadilan Rakyat Advisor Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was slapped with yet another "movie" liked sodomy charge after a report of an alleged victim named Saiful popped up after his meeting with the special officer of Datuk Seri Najib. This "movie" was made out of fear of the later's chances to be the prime minister might be affected should the PKR advisor make his way to the prime minister's office successfully this year end.
The power play by the DPM and UMNO deputy president shows the desparation was increasing. The BN and Umno leaders are trying to curb the rising opposition influence.Next, and final round, will Malaysia turn into another Zimbabwe soon (where President Robert Mugabe curbed the opposition's victory into withdrawal by instilling fear over the people) ?It is happening slowly and quietly.
The nation's economy is further declining with investors plying away into other regions for fear of political unrest in this country. Our friends, family members, parents and relatives are losing their jobs due to the retrenchments, VSS, forced closure of businesses. With the current political situation declining, we should go for another option. We need to get the Pakatan Rakyat in to stablise the entire nation's justice and security. This message must be dispatched to the public and our concerned citizens as soon as possible.
